30 Days Money-Back
HostStellar provides a 30 Day Money-Back guarantee on all of our Shared Hosting packages. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our service during the first 30 days of your sign up and we are unable to rectify any pending issue in a reasonable manner or timeframe for you, you are entitled to a refund of your initial payment*.
Domains are excluded from the 30 Day Money-Back guarantee. You may however continue to use your domain for the duration which you have registered it with HostStellar.
All claims must be made within the first 30 days of sign up to our Billing Department.
* Any refund issued will be minus any fees charged through PayPal. (PayPal no longer refund the original transaction fees paid and therefore any refund will be minus the original transaction fees)
